About Midwest Express Fastpitch

Our coaching staffs are also filled with decades of board/coaching experience from various programs in the Chicagoland area. Our intent is to continue to grow our program by adding more experienced ex-collegiate players as well as seasoned fastpitch coaches. In addition to the staff we currently have, we are always looking to add experienced coaching help for any level.

The association was founded on the idea of helping players and families connect and understand the transition from High School softball to the collegiate level as well as learning the fundamentals starting at a young age. A base that has been built from decades of board experience and experienced coaching staffs, Midwest Express Fastpitch is committed to being informative when helping families and student athletes understand the requirements academically and athletically to achieve certain goals. Make no mistake that from a young age we will always enforce the importance of achieving the highest standards in academics as this will open many doors for student athletes.

We firmly believe that playing throughout all four seasons is the only way to improve in any sport. We as an organization are committed to setting a schedule that suits the specific teams at their respective levels as the teams are formed. Our highest level teams will play an "A" level schedule and focus on college preparation.

Starting with aggressive drill related training and conditioning in the fall including a couple important events, the girls will become familiar with the process and their teammates. Going indoors in the winter where speed and agility training, two days a week of workouts and a touch of games takes us to the holiday season. From there younger levels would play in the spring while High School players take time out from travel to play for their school. Once back with their teams for the summer, the girls will endure a solid schedule that includes sanctioned events, showcases and nationals depending on their skill level and age group.
